Summer is the season of exams, holidays and shifts of financial chores. Due to excessively hot environment, one can get heat stroke, nosebleed, sunburns, itchy skin, dehydration, heavy menstrual bleeding etc.One should be cautious about health to stay fit during this strength sucking period.

Here we are going to present some health tips to enjoy healthy summer.
  
Don’ts –
 
1) Avoid curd in any form & in any combination. Curd is of hot potency though it feels cool on touch.
 
2) Though it feels good, avoid drinking chilled water or taking shower of cold water immediately after exposure to sunlight.
 
3) Avoid eating spicy, pungent food items. They may cause nasal or anal bleeding.
 
4) Avoid late night working hours.
 
5) Don’t stretch your body with excessive exercise.
 
Do’s-
 
1) Prefer natural cold-drinks like amala syrup, khus syrup, kokum syrup, rose shurbat, coconut water these days.
 
2) Properly ripped mangos are always welcome.
 
3) You can have freshly prepared buttermilk once or twice a week. Do not take it daily.
 
4) Positively add ghee, milk and butter in your diet.
 
5) You can have black resins, pomegranate, water melon, musk melon, grapes in good quantity.
 
6) Sufficient night hours of sleep (7-8) are essential. Also a little nap in afternoon will do.
 
7) Drinking water with flavor of jasmine or khus will do.
 
8) Try to combat heat in every possible way.
